First Plant Sales Scam

We have been made aware of a company, based in Newcastle near to the airport that are trading as us. They have copied our web site without our permission and are effectively trading as us, we believe that this stratedgy is to commit fraud. We have contacted their hosting and domain name provider to let them know that this company is bogus and are awaiting the outcome of their investigation into the matter. We have also passed on all the details we have gathered about this "company" to the Derbyshire Police.

Please note that if you have been given a receipt by them we are not liable for any issues that arise from that transaction.
